We'll have copies of "The Last Lecture" available at our book table not only because his book became a bestseller, but also because this UU's philosophy is worthy of reflection on a Sunday morning in our church.

Barry Lynn, Executive Director of the AU national organization, and Prof. Barbara Forest, AU board member and Professor of Philosophy at Southeastern LA University, on Monday, September 22, 2008, at 7 pm. Both will speak on the impact of the newly passed law allowing religious materials into Louisiana science classrooms. Everyone is invited.
